Proposed visual agenda for kitchen design and installation

1. Design phase

Duration: 3-4 weeks (depending on the client’s availability and the clear information he/she can provide).

  • Initial meeting with the client (1-2 days): Understanding the client’s needs and desires.
  • Preliminary design development (2 weeks): Creation of preliminary sketches and models.
  • Design review and adjustments (1 week): Adjustments based on client feedback.

2. Acceptance phase

Duration: 1-2 weeks

Activities:

  • Final design presentation (1 week): Show the client the final design with specific details.
  • Client approval (1 week): Time for client to review and approve the design.
  • Final measurement at client’s home.

3. Manufacturing phase

Duration: 8-12 weeks (depending on the material chosen)

Activities:

  • Furniture production (7 weeks): Manufacture of kitchen furniture according to the approved design.
  • Quality check and preparation (1 week): Ensure all components are ready for installation.

4. Installation phase

Duration: 1-2 weeks

Activities:

  • Site preparation (1-2 days): Prepare space for installation, transport of furniture.
  • Furniture and appliance installation (1-2 days): Assembly and installation of furniture and appliances.
  • Final check and adjustments (2-3 days): Making sure everything is perfect and making any necessary adjustments.
  • Installing the worktop: (10-15 days) Depending on the material. Installation at the client’s home, 1 day.

5. Completion phase

Duration: 1 week

Activities:

  • Meeting with the client to go over all the details.
  • Delivery of final invoice, the guarantee of your kitchen.

Times may vary if:

  • Holidays such as Christmas or August.
  • If the work is delayed due to external circumstances.
  • If the proposed design does not fit and we need to design more options.
  • Etc.
