Making the Most of Space: Functional Pantry Under the Staircase
In this project, we have transformed an underutilised space under the staircase into a highly functional pantry, adding valuable storage and optimising the available space in the kitchen.

Design and Materials:

  • White for Spaciousness: To create a feeling of greater spaciousness and light in a small space, we have opted for a white design. This colour not only visually enlarges the area, but also provides a clean and modern ambience, integrating perfectly with the rest of the kitchen.
  • Drawers of different heights: The key to this pantry lies in the arrangement of multiple drawers of different heights. This variety allows for flexible storage, adapting to different organisational needs, from small products to larger containers.

The design of the pantry has been designed for everyday use, making it easy to access and organise products. Each drawer is strategically placed to make the most of the space available under the ladder, ensuring that every centimetre counts. This approach not only maximises storage, but also simplifies the daily routine in the kitchen by having everything within easy reach and well organised.

This project demonstrates how a clever design solution can transform an underutilised area into an efficient and aesthetically pleasing storage space.
